HEAD CHEF VACANCY
Requirements:
- Preferably male max 35 years old.
- A minimum of 3 years experience at same level.
- Knowledge of Indonesian and European cuisine
- Knowledge of food cost controls.
- Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible time and schedule.
- Able to work under pressure.
