Sheraton Bandara Hotel, a five-star resort-style airport hotel, is seeking for qualified Talents (either Expatriate or Indonesian) for the position:
F&B Operations Manager
General Qualifications:
Holds minimum a diploma majoring in Hotel Management
Has experiences in leadership position in 5-star international hotel for more than 3 years
Strong at both people and business leadership
Passionate to develop team members
Well organized and hands-on in operation
Good at financial and cost management
Experienced in setting or reviewing Standards and Procedures
Innovative in driving business
If Expatriate:
Has Asia experiences of some sort either through F&B promotions or work experience
If Indonesian:
Has overseas experiences for more than 2 years
