SOMMELIER 

Experience

1-2 years experiences as Assistant Sommelier or Sommelier in an upscale hospitality establishment.

Skills & Technical Qualifications

·         Outstanding wine ,  spirits and food knowledge

·         Sommelier diploma

·         ASI member of local equivalent

·         The ability to pair flavors and make recommendations

·         Ability to train people

·         Advanced levels of Business English

·         Conversant with Microsoft  Windows, Excel, Word, and other main programs

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

·         Affinity for guest service!

·         Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

·         Confident, passion for wine.

·         The position requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

·         The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

·         Ability to communicate with all level of staff, supervise and motivate people
