General Requirements :
General Requirements :
1. Relevan Educational background, min. D4/S1.
2. Min. 1 years experience in similar position.
3. Good command in English both oral & written.
4. Strong analytical skill to organize training needs and activities based on the bussiness trend.
5. Has good knowledge and references on training materials.
6. Has good ability on teaching/training methode.
7. Good attitude, team player and initiative.
