VillaNaBali is the well established villa management and rentals company with the head office in Uma Alas, Kerobokan, Bali. We manage and provide exclusive marketing services for luxury staffed holiday villas located in different areas of Bali, all villas received positive reviews and highest rank in TripAdvisor and company has good reputation through the agent's network in Bali and worldwide.
Is now inviting applicants for the position Sales & Marketing Manager.
Job description:
1) Be in charge of sales and marketing activities within growing agent's network.
2) Support good relationships with the major villa rentals agencies in Bali and worldwide.
3) Daily sales activities: answering enquires by email and by phone, confirm reservations by email, invoicing, pre-arrival preparations.
4) Daily marketing activities: announce and email special offers to the agent's network.
5) Maintain booking calendar and customer's database following company standards.
6) Develops and participate in company's marketing activities like sales visits, inspections, show the properties, advertise new properties, open houses.
7) Work in cooperation with accounting, ground handling (guest services) departments, others sales managers and property managers.
8) Excellent opportunity to take a senior position, working in beautiful office ambience with strong friendly relationships inside the company.
Requirements:
- Graduated from hospitality industry or related course of hospitality.
- At least 3 three(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time job in very beautiful office in Uma Alas, Kerobokan area.
- Excellent both verbal and writing of English, especially in grammatical for correspondence.
- Well groom of luxury villa representative.
- Good team player.
- Flexible in working hours.
- Fast reaction and fast response.
- Accurate in numbers and details.
- Easy to go and easy to talk.
