-Male or Female, between 35 – 40 yo

-experience as Operational Manager for Villa at least 3 years with good tracking record

-Fluent in English, and 1 extra language in South east Asia (Mandarin, Melayu, or other)will be a high priority

-good personality and outgoing, open in every critics and suggestion

-ready for any sudden pressure at management of staff level

-good mentor and motivator for all staff

-wide range knowledge in Hospitality Business

-salary?….you name it !…put down at your last CV

-Female, maximum 38yo

-fluent in Mandarin speaking

-Secretary and Personal Assistant experience at least 2 – 3 years continuously

-prefer come from any Villa or Chain Hotel

-ready to join by this December 2011 with 3 months probation period

-salary start from 3,5 million up….and up…exclude Service and Medical Support (after probation)
