Currently, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the post of :

1. Secretary to Director
2. Senior Accountant
Requirements:

Secretary :
- Female max. age 30 years old
- Min. D3 in Public Relation/Secretary/Communication from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
- Have min. 2 years experience as Secretary of Director or Personal Assistant (screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments, dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes, organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings, dealing with incoming email, faxes and post , producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations)
- Should have well versed communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Initiative, proactive and easy to adapt with changing situation
- Fluent in English is a must
Accountant :
- Male / Female
- Minimum 3 year experience at the same position
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university.
- Under 35 years old
- In-depth knowledge in taxation and accounting procedures
- Good command in MS office (Excel, word, Power point)
- Preferably familiar with ERP System
- Having experience in inventory system would be an advantage
- Strive for excellence
- High Driven
