Executive Secretary
§ Experienced and Independent Secretary
§ Outgoing personality
§ Good Interpersonal Skill
§ Good English Written and Orally
§ Energetic and Innovative person
§ Positive Thinking
§ Flexible in working hours
§ Familiar working with computer (Excel, Word, Power point)
§ Team Work Player
§ Smart and Good Looking
§ Minimum 2 years experience in Tourism industry
§ Very interesting salary package, including : health insurance, interesting bonus
Job Description :
§ Assist the managing director in all duties assigned
§ Prepare Quotation and business proposal
§ Acting as a business development if necessary
§ Create network and maintain good relation with overseas|domestic agent
§ Maintain good relation with client and supplier
