A Luxury boutique Villa with 7 bedrooms Chalina Estate in search for outstanding Estate Manager/ Villa Manager
Responsibility:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the owner of Villa in all day to day activities including scheduling, correspondence, handling inquiries/ reservations, coordination of meeting with 3rd party and other duties as required.
General Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in similar post required
- Understanding of, and sympathy with the mission and goals
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other language is a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities including Basic Accounting
- Articulate, diplomatic and responsive;
- High level of discretion required when dealing in confidential matters;
- Strong organizational savvy;
- You must be comfortable in a highly collaborative, consensus-oriented environment.
- Microsoft Windows
