Our client is a property located in Gianyar, Bali with an intensively maintained 100 ares of tropical garden, looking to hire an innovative, creative and enthusiastic individual
to fill a position as;
Head Gardener
Apply if…
Male, 28 - 35 years old
Have good command of English
Have excellent knowledge of plants and grounds maintenance
Graduate from Botanic Garden Diploma in Horticulture
Hard working, desire and ability to lead others and work in a team context
Experience in team management, training and development of staff and a track record of raising team and individual performance
Have an ability to use and demonstrate all necessary horticultural craft skills and operate machinery to the highest standards
