A luxury villa complex in Seminyak, would like to invite person join our team as below position:

A.      Villa manager:

 

1.       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business    Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

2.       Fluent in English both oral and written

3.       Have 2 years experience in the same position

4.       Strong Leadership and managerial skills with proven track record

5.       Highly motivated, enthusiastic multitasking person.

6.       Strong back ground in Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, Front Office and Food & Beverage Service

7.       Computer Literates Attention to details

8.       Able to work immediately.

 

B.      Sales & marketing :

1. Male or Female with minimum 1 years experience in same position (candidate with  reservation background are encourage to apply)
2. Can handle E-commerce and  familiar with online travel agents extranet and it affiliation
3. Good knowledge of villa rental agents, travel agents and portal agents in Bali
4. Good knowledge of sales techniques and strong track-record of meeting sales targets
5. Fluent in English both oral and written and have good correspondence
6. Computer literate (able to operate Microsoft office)
7. Independent and team player
8. Able to work immediately.

C.      Reception:

1.       Male, age max. 25 years old.

2.       Min. DI Tourism Background

3.       Fluently in English both spoken & written

4.       Good Communication

5.       Able to drive and have a valid driving license

6.       Good appearance and well groomed
