·         Position as Wedding and MICE coordinator

·         Min 1 year experience in similar position in a 5* hotel or Wedding planning company.

·         Excellent communication written and verbal skills.

·         Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

·         The candidate will overview all logistics of weddings and events arrangements including contacting with suppliers such as florists, entertainment, photographers, FB catering, audiovisuals, etc.

·         The candidate must have a very creative and artistic sense as well as strong planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of clients needs (for Weddings and MICE)

·         The candidate will be strongly service oriented and with the only target of customer satisfaction.

·         Hotel management degree and very fluent in English, plus another second language is also desirable.

·         Local package for Indonesian citizen will be offered.

·         Able to work long hours the occasional evening and weekend
